Pete Kavanuagh is a veteran political, public affairs, and campaign strategist who founded Revolution Field Strategies in 2013. In 2019-2020, Pete served as Deputy Campaign Manager for President Joe Biden, where he oversaw the campaign’s historic organizing and state programs, a massive 2,500-person and $150M effort that helped reimagine how campaigns mobilize grassroots supporters and volunteers. Pete has served in a variety of leadership roles on the state and national levels, including senior positions on the last four Democratic presidential campaigns, and has advised dozens of leading issue advocacy groups, companies, and coalitions, helping them to meet their public policy goals.
In addition to his role with Revolution, Pete is the Co-Founder of Optimize, which provides professional human resources and operations services to progressive campaigns and organizations, and the Managing Partner of Highbury Strategies, a full-service strategic public affairs firm. Pete lives in Charlestown, MA, with his wife Ali and their son Declan.
Patrick Sheridan-Rossi is a Partner at Revolution, bringing over a decade of program management experience to the firm. He has directed over 50 significant volunteer and paid organizing efforts, including canvassing operations, voter registration drives, ballot access programs, and signature collection campaigns. In 2016 and 2020, Patrick oversaw significant voter registration and canvass mobilization programs for the Clinton and Biden campaigns in the critical battleground states of Florida, Michigan, Nevada and Pennsylvania. He has worked extensively on both sides of the coordination wall, managing successful programs for the DNC, DSCC, DCCC, DGA, Progressive Turnout Project, NextGen Climate, and BlackPAC.
Patrick previously was a Partner at Hilltop Public Solutions, a national public affairs consulting firm. He served as the Organizing Director for Dr. Don Berwick’s gubernatorial campaign in Massachusetts, led the organizing efforts in Boston for then Congressman Ed Markey’s 2013 US Senate Special Election win. Patrick attended St. Lawrence University in Canton, NY and resides in Amesbury, MA with his wife Chelsie.
Malik Hubbard is a veteran Democratic campaign, labor, and organizing strategist, and a recognized leader in the engagement and mobilization of African Americans and other voters of color. He has served in key leadership roles for the Obama and Clinton presidential campaigns; 1199SEIU Healthcare Workers East; and Tom Steyer’s NextGen America and presidential campaign. A native of Cleveland, Malik most recently acted as the Executive Director of the Ohio Democratic Party. Malik is also a partner at Inclusv, an organization whose mission is to ensure there are BIPOC voices represented in political, government, and advocacy organizations.
In 2016, Malik served as the National Deputy African American Vote Director for Hillary for America, where he led the in-state national African American voter engagement program. He previously worked in the political department of 1199SEIU Healthcare Workers East, the nation’s largest African American-led union local. Malik was the Co-Founder of Moving Ohio Forward which targeted and turned out African-American voters in the state’s six major cities; served as the Operation Vote Director in Ohio for President Obama’s 2012 reelection campaign; as the Political Director of the Ohio Democratic Party in 2008; and the Field Director of the Ohio Democratic Coordinated Campaign in 2006 that led to the election of Ted Strickland as Governor and Sherrod Brown as US Senator.
Malik is a graduate of THE Ohio State University and lives in Oakland with his partner Alida and their twin children Adelita and Malcolm.
Jaclyn Geile has been with Revolution since 2016. She is the firm's Director of Operations and Human Resources. Jaclyn started with the firm as a signature verification staffer, advanced to a statewide operations director for 1,000+ employee project and now oversees Revolution business operations including payroll, purchasing, compliance and human resources related responsibilities. Jaclyn has provided operations management to dozens of projects for the firm. Prior to her position with Revolution, Jaclyn worked in retail marketing and in fin/tech real estate.
Jaclyn resides in Billings, MT with her husband Trent.
Katie Davis is a Principal with Revolution and has over seven years of project management experience. She has managed dozens of paid and volunteer voter contact programs including canvasses, ballot question signature collection, and voter registration projects in California, Nevada, Montana, Maine, Florida, Tennessee, Virginia and Indiana with RFS. During the 2020 primaries Katie worked as the Nevada Political Director at Pete Buttigieg for America where she managed all political relationships throughout the state, as well as several constituency based outreach programs. Prior to her work at RFS, Katie worked as a community organizer on local races in Southern California and Virginia, as well as an environmental organizer with nationally leading groups such as Natural Resources Defense Council, Inc and the Environmental Defense Fund.
Kate lives in Maine with her dog Fitz.
Dylan McLean Buche is a Principal with Revolution and has held various project management roles with the firm since 2016. Dylan’s interest in political work was sparked by his previous professional roles in the addiction recovery space. Starting as a paid canvasser himself in 2016, Dylan advanced to hold various management positions on state and local races in the Greater Los Angeles Area. Nationally, Dylan has managed dozens of voter contact programs including voter registration drives, persuasion canvasses, mobilization canvasses and signature collection efforts in Arizona, Maine, Florida, Montana, Indiana and Tennessee. His most recent work was instrumental in managing both paid and volunteer teams in the largest and most expensive ballot initiative in the history of the state of Maine.
